My Breakfast Smoothie

  • 1.5-2 cups of filtered water
  • 3/4ths cup of mango

I made a homemade fruit salad And added about 3/4ths cup of that:

  • Fuji apples
  • Bosc pears
  • Strawberries
  • Blackberries
  • Mango
  • 1/4th of a frozen banana
  • 2 tbs of chia seeds
  • 1 tbs of pbfit (peanut powder)
  • 1 serving of Green Superfood Detox Digest

The fruit was organic and the Chia seeds were organic too. I bought them in bulk at whole food and reused an old container. The BPFit and Green Superfood Detox Digest were not organic. You can use this as a meal replacement with the chia seeds and, you will get extra protein.

Nut free:

Try whey protein or other protein addition or one more Tbs of Chia seeds.

**The Chia seed nutrition values are approximate as I found several sites offering different information.**

PBFit (2 Tbs): 65 calories, 4 grams of fat, 3 grams of carbs, 2 grams of fiber, and 4 grams of protein

**Chia seeds (2 Tbs): 120 calories, 9 grams of fat, 10 grams of Carbs, 10 grams of fiber, 6 grams of protein.

While chia seed up the carbs and calories, you are also getting way more fiber and more protein.
