Sprouted Rice/Quinoa, Mushooms with Turkey Bone Broth

  • 1 cup of organic sprouted rice and quinoa
  • 2 cups of turkey bone broth
  • 1 small package of sliced mushrooms
  • Sea salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Turmeric
  • 2 tbs of coconut aminos or soy sauce

This is full of fiber and protein from the bone broth. Add everything to the pot and bring to a boil stirring occasionally and keeping covered. Cook for about 25 min. or until fully cooked.
