- 1 cup of organic sprouted rice and quinoa
- 2 cups of turkey bone broth
- 1 small package of sliced mushrooms
- Sea salt
- Black Pepper
- 2 tbs of coconut aminos or soy sauce
This is full of fiber and protein from the bone broth. Add everything to the pot and bring to a boil stirring occasionally and keeping covered. Cook for about 25 min. or until fully cooked.
