1 lb of turkey

1 15 oz can of garbanzo beans
1 15 oz can of red kidney beans
1 15 oz can of pinto beans
1 15 oz can of great white northern beans
33 Oz of diced tomatoes in liquid
2 tbs of 365 organic super grains
1.5 tbs of olive oil
.5 cup of water
Cheyenne pepper powder
Red curry powder

Put the olive oil.in the pan and brown the ground turkey on medium-high heatGround chicken is great too. Add half of the spices you want for the whole dish. Taste as you go. I started with two healthy shakes of each. Drain and rinse the beans. I used organic, you do not have to. Stir and add the rest of the ingredients. Add the rest of the spices, but check the taste. I used a lot of cumin and went lighter on the cheyenne. Turn to medium heat and simmer for 15 to 20 min. Then lower the heat and stir every 10 min until done. Total time from prep to serve: about 75 min.
This recipe could easily be vegetarian if you skip the turkey. You could substitute crumbled cauliflower.
